Breast reduction (Reduction Mammoplasty) surgery is a procedure that removes fat, glandular tissue and skin from the breasts making them smaller and firmer. Breast reduction surgery can also reduce the size of your areolas and help to restore sagging breasts to give them a more youthful
appearance. Some women choose to have breast

Techniques for  Breast reduction (Reduction Mammoplasty) vary but the most common procedure involves an ellipse-shaped incision that circles the areola, extends downward to the natural curve of the crease beneath the breast. The skin from both sides of the breast is brought down and around the areola, shaping the new contour of the breast. Dr. Wilson performs this technique which ends up with the least possible scarring: only a vertical scar and eliminates the troublesome transverse scar resulting from older techniques. You may need to wear a special bra for 3-4 weeks after the surgery.

Vertical scar reduction and Vaser Liposuction and concomitant mastopexy were performed to achieve a C+ cup . Note the vertical scar and perfectly rounded pert breasts.
