Revision of Breast Augmentation: Submammary Incision: This 65 year old woman had a breast augmentation using cohesive gel 420 ccs silicone implants 20 years ago, and had nipple necrosis during that surgery. The implants had failed causing asymmetry and pain, and she desired a replacement. The old implants were removed, pocket irrigated copiously and new 550 ccs implants were placed in a new pocket.

She worked as a model and wanted a huge protruding size, so they were replaced by 1200 ccs saline filled implants inserted under the muscle as per her request, and she is very happy with the new outcome for her modeling career.
