Patulous vagina and enlarged labia can occur in adults due to many reasons, although repeated pregnancies and difficult labors are a common predisposing factor.

There are several types of deformities, and can occur in different important sites such as the labia majora, labia minora, clitoris hood, fourchette ...etc., but here are only a sample

The major challenge is in totally removing the excess tissue without any remnant, then reconstructing its place with as near to to normal tissue as possible.Vaginal tightening (Vaginoplasty) can be performed by tightening the muscle surrounding the vagina, hence making it more snug. Alternately, Vaginal tightening (Vaginoplasty) can be performed in selected cases by Laser tightening. Recently, Vaginal tightening (Vaginoplasty) can be effectively achieved by fat grafting.

Dr. Wilson enjoys tackling the challenge offered by each individual situation.  Furthermore, Dr. Wilson has pioneered injecting the G-spot in those women who know its place, to enhance the erotic feeling and maximize sensation in that area. This can be done as a separate procedure or during vaginal tightening. If done as separate procedure, local anesthesia is all that is needed.

Vulvoplasty in a 29 year old woman: Clitoral hood was excised and labia reduced in size. G-spot was also injected with a filler.

Labiaplasty in a 23 year old woman: Ugly flappy Labia were excised and reduced in size, but still maintaining a full normal appearance. G-spot was also injected with a filler.

Labiaplasty in a 29 year old woman: 

Vulvoplasty  and Vaginal Tightening in a 31 year old woman, after repeated labours: Clitoral hood was excised and labia reduced in size. Vagina was tightened and G-spot  injected with a filler.

Designer Vaginal tightening and Labiaplasty in a 32 year old woman: Vagina was tightened and excess tissues redraped. Clitoral hood was excised and labia reduced in size.

Vulvoplasty , Clitoral hood excision and Vaginal Tightening in a 34 year old woman: Clitoral hood was excised and both labia majora and minora reduced in size. Vagina was tightened and G-spot  injected.

Vulvoplasty and preservation of  Clitoral hood in 29 year old woman: Clitoral hood was preserved while labia minora was reduced in size. 

Vulvoplasty  and Vaginal Tightening in a 37 year old woman:  Both labia majora and minora reduced in size. Vagina was tightened and introitus reconstructed.
 

Labiaplasty and Clitoroplasty in a 43 year old woman: Ugly flappy Labia were excised Clitoral shape restored and Labia Majora were enlarged by filler injection. Whole Vulvar region had Cosmetic shaping. G-spot was also injected with a filler.
