 Pigmented basal Cell carcinoma in the ala nasi of a 78 year old woman: Total excision and coverage with a nasolabial flap with invisible scars.

  Expanding Cavernous Hemangioma in the Face of a 48 year old woman: Total excision and coverage with a neck flap with invisible scars.
